Carrot Casserole

2 cups cooked carrots, mashed
1 stick of margarine, melted
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar 
3 eggs, well beaten


Mix carrots and margarine. Mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to carrot mixture. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 400˚ for 15 minutes.


Reduce heat to 350˚ and bake an additional 45 minutes.
