Hot Artichoke Dip

(Jokingly called thigh cream!)


1 lg container of whipped cream cheese
1 can of artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped slightly (14 oz size)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 package of shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper


Mix all the above with fork, Put into an ovenproof dish, top with more cheese if desired, and salt and pepper, bake at 350 degrees for appx. 30 minutes or until golden on top.


Serve with Pita Chips or thick tortilla chips.
