Jade Cottage Cheese Salad

1 3oz pkg of lime jello
1 small can of crushed pineapple
I small carton of cottage cheese
½ cup of pecans
½ cup of whipping cream


Directions:


Boil jello and pineapple (including juice) for 3 minutes


Cool. 

Then add nuts, cottage cheese and whipping cream.

Mix. Pour into 1 qt. mold. Chill until firm.
