Sage Dressing

2 boxes of Mrs. Cubbinsons or Pepperidge Farms Bread Crumbs
1 whole Onion
4-5 stalks Celery
1 teaspoon Sage
2 cubes of margarine or 1 Cup soft margarine
1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
Pepper (to taste)
*Salt (to taste) ***NO SALT USED IF USING CANNED CHICKEN BROTH***
2 Big or 4 Small Cans Swanson's Clear Chicken Broth (ONLY if not stuffing bird)

Saute Onions & Celery in butter until soft. Pour over Bread Crumbs .add Poultry & Sage seasonings, *salt* & pepper


Heat one can at a time of the Broth until desired consistancy wanted

Bake at 375 for 1-2 hours
