Five Pound Fudge

6  Cups Sugar
1 2/3 Cups Light Karo Syrup
2  Cubes Margarine
1  Can (8oz) Pet evaporated milk


Mix and cook to soft boil stage


Cool, beat, add 1 pound pecans or walnuts.  Add 2 Tablespoons vanilla.


Butter 10x14 pan.  


When fudge loses the gloss and gets creamy, pour into pan.


Cut when cooled.
