4 boneless chicken breast, boiled or grilled and cut in cubes
1/2 small onion
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (defrosted and drained)
1 Tablespoons of curry powder
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1/2 Cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
Mix the first six ingredients and place them in a baking dish.
Add the cheese and the bread crumbs on the top.
Bake in a 350 °F oven for 25-30 minutes.
