Cajun Angels

Wrap a slice of bacon around a large shrimp (cooked) and roll in cajun seasonings - broil until bacon is crisp. 

Dipping Sauce 

l part Creole Mustard 
l part mayonnaise 
Cajun seasoning to taste and heat desired 
Horseradish (drained), to taste
