Mexican Style Deep Dish Pizza

1 pound Ground Beef, cooked and drained
3 Packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 cup Thick and chunky salsa
3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup Chopped Green bell pepper
1/3 cup Chopped Green onion
1/3 cup Sliced pitted ripe olives
1 garlic clove, pressed


Preheat  oven to 375 °F .

Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a large bowl.  Stir in 1 cup of salsa, 2 cups cheese, bell pepper, onions, olive and garlic, and ground beef.  Mix well.


Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.


Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over salsa.


Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown.
