My Sis-In-Law makes this for family get togethers. It is very good!!!.
12 oz cool whip
15 oz can of crushed pineapple
1 small instant pistacio pudding mix
2 cups (or so) mini marshmellows - you can add to your tastes.
Pour the can of crushed pineapple, juice and all into the cool whip, add the DRY pudding mix (right out of the box)and stir until blended, then add as many of the mini marshmellows as your want.
Chill and Serve!
