Chile Relleno Casserole

1 or 2 cans whole green chiles or use 6 - 8 fresh
1 1/2 lb monterey cheese, grated
3 - 4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1' cup milk


Beat eggs, flour and milk together


Use 7 x 11 or 9 x 13 pan (if double)


Spray with Pam


Pour 1/2 cup of batter on bottom


Layer chiles, cheese, and batter


End with cheese on top


Bake 350 - 50 min
