Use ANY flavor cake mix, spice, yellow, white, chocolate...
Add 2 eggs
Scant 1/2 cup oil...
Mix together..form into walnut size balls and dip in coarse ground sugar (opt)
Bake at 350 for 8-10 min...
Cool on cookie tray a few minutes if they are soft. (can add chocolate chips or frost the cookies with icing too)
This is handy if you want a quick dessert and have a cake mix in the cupboard!
