Beer Cheese Dip

Pulse 1/2 pound cubed extra-sharp white cheddar in a food processor until finely chopped. 
Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
a pinch each of salt and sugar  

1/2 cup pilsner beer; process until smooth.


Serve with cracker and/or vegetables.
