Rosemary Lemon Drop

1 teaspoon rosemary sugar or regular white granulated sugar
1 ounce rosemary infused vodka
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce limoncello

Process:

Rim your cocktail glass with the rosemary sugar if desired.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and mix well.

Strain into glass with a julep strainer to keep out as many rosemary bits as possible.

Cheers!

Rosemary Sugar

One sprig of fresh rosemary
1/4 cup granulated white sugar

Process:

Strip the green rosemary sprigs from the stem and chop very fine. Mix the herbs with the sugar and set aside until ready for use. Use your favorite citrus juice or a dab of honey to get the sugar to stick to your cocktail glass.

It’s best to use this rimmer within a few days of preparing it – you want the herb to be fresh & fragrant!

Rosemary Infused Vodka

This is a great, easy infusion to have on hand for bloody marys or cosmopolitans. Make sure not to infuse the rosemary too long, otherwise you’ll get a very bitter flavor.

1/2 cup vodka

1 fresh rosemary sprig

Process:

Add the rosemary and vodka to a canning jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Infuse the vodka for 36 to 48 hours, tasting if necessary. When ready, remove the rosemary sprig from the jar and store the vodka out of direct sunlight.
