5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup cream cheese
15 green onion stalks
1/3 cup chopped tomato (blotted dry)
10 deli turkey slices or I use left over turkey after the Holidays
Lay out tortillas and spread equal amounts of cream cheese on each one evenly to the edges.
Lay three green onion stalks across each tortilla; one near the top edge, one across the middle, and one near the bottom edge.
Sprinkle equal amounts of chopped tomato on each tortilla so they are evenly distributed.
Lay two slices of turkey on each tortilla on top of the onion and tomato. The turkey should cover most of the tortilla.
Cut off any extra onion ends that are sticking out and roll the tortillas gently from bottom to top.
Wrap in plastic wrap and twist plastic ends like a piece of candy.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Remove plastic wrap and cut each roll into 8 to 10 equal slices, discarding ends.
