Chai Tea Powder

1 1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened instant tea (I used decaffeinated)
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup non-dairy powder creamer
1/2 cup non-dairy french vanilla powder creamer
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground allspice


In very large bowl, using whisk, combine sugar, tea, milk powder, creamer, french vanilla creamer.


Whisk in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and allspice.


Using a blender on the grind setting, blend about 1 cup of mixture at a time, until finely powdered.


Store in an air tight container


To use:
Spoon 3 - 4 heaping spoons into mug and add hot water, stir and ENJOY!


Tips:
Double (or more) the recipe, store in canning jars and decorate to give as holiday favors, hostess' gifts or sell at craft fairs.
