Lemon Soda Floats

2 pints of vanilla ice cream
36 ounces lemon soda

Divide 2 pints of vanilla ice cream into 6 to 8 serving glasses.

Pour lemon soda (such as San Pellegrino Limonata or Newman’s Own Sparkling Lemonade) over it to fill each glass, using about 36 ounces.

Wait a few minutes, until the lemon soda freezes, to create a slushy coating around the ice cream.
