3 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
15 ounces whole tomatoes, canned, mashed
4 ounces sliced mushrooms, canned, drained
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons pimiento, chopped
1 onion, chopped
white rice
1 teaspoon salt

Combine ingredients, except for chicken, in slow cooker.
Add chicken on top.
Cover; cook on Low 7-9 hours.
Serve over rice.
