Chicken Pasta Skillet

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 Green pepper, sliced
1 Small Onion, sliced
1 1/2 Cup Water
2 Cups Rotini Pasta, uncooked
1 Jar (26-28oz) spaghetti sauce (about 2 3/4 cups)
1 Pkg (8oz) Kraft Shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided


Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray.


Add chicken, cook and stir for 5 minutes.  Add green pepper & onion, continue to cook until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.


Add water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low.


Stir in pasta, making sure pasta is covered with water, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.


Stir in sauce and 1 cup of cheese.  Sprinkle remaining cheese over top, cover and reduce heat to low, cook 4 - 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
