Apple Pork Roast for Crock Pot


3-5 lbPork Roast
1½ cupsApplesauce
2Fresh Red Apples
2Oranges
1 bagBaby Carrots
5-6Red Potatoes
1Onion
2-3 TbspRosemary, or to taste
2 TbspGarlic Salt, or to taste
1 TbspSalt
1 TbspPepper

DIRECTIONS:
Place roast in a slow cooker. Pour applesauce over roast. Squeeze juice from one orange over roast. 
Slice the second orange and place at least two slices over roast. Slice potatoes into large chunks and place in crock pot.
Slice onion and place in crock pot. Add baby carrots. Slice apples and place throughout crock pot. 
Sprinkle rosemary, garlic salt, salt, and pepper over mixture. 
Cook on high for 6-8 hours, or until roast is falling apart, and vegetables are cooked through.
HELPFUL TIPS:
For an added sweetness, you may also add pineapple chunks or pineapple juice.
